        The Coriolis mass flowmeter is a new type of high-precision flow and density measurement instrument developed by our company based on the Coriolis force principle and multivariate digital processing measurement technology. It can directly measure the mass flow rate of the medium passing through the flowmeter, as well as measure the density of the medium and indirectly measure the temperature of the medium.

      Working principle

      When a particle located inside a tube that rotates with P as the fixed point (rotation center) moves towards or away from the rotation center, an inertial force will be generated, as shown in Figure 1.1;

      The particle with a mass of δ m in Figure 1.1 moves to the right inside the pipeline at a constant speed υ, while the pipeline rotates around a fixed point P at an angular velocity ω. At this point, this particle will obtain two acceleration components: (1) normal acceleration α r (centripetal acceleration), which is equal to ω 2r and points towards the P axis.

      (2) Tangential acceleration α t (Coriolis acceleration), with a value equal to 2 Ωυ and a direction perpendicular to α r,

      The force generated by tangential acceleration is called Coriolis force, and its magnitude is equal to Fc=2 Ωυδ m. Fluid in the diagram

      Δ Fc depends only on δ qm. Therefore, direct or indirect measurement of Coriolis force can be used to measure mass flow rate. The Coriolis mass flowmeter works based on the above principle.


      Product Features

      It can directly measure the mass flow rate of fluid in a closed pipeline and can be used as a high-precision mass flowmeter (which is of great significance for energy measurement and production process control such as chemical reactions);

      It can directly measure the working density of the medium and can be used as a high-precision online density meter;

      MVDTM measurement technology (multivariate digital processing system) is adopted. The application of MVDTM technology enhances signal filtering, greatly improves the sensitivity and accuracy of signal measurement, accelerates system response time, and makes measurement more reliable;

      The adoption of MVDTM measurement technology makes the system composition more flexible and convenient. In many cases, MVD modules and sensors can form a complete flow measurement system without the need to configure a flow converter. For example, CNG, LNG refueling systems, quantitative control systems, flow or density unit parameter measurement systems, etc;

      High measurement accuracy, mass flow measurement accuracy can reach 0.1%~0.2%, and density measurement resolution can reach 0.001g/cm 3; Temperature measurement error is less than 0.5 ℃;

      Implementation of density and temperature measurement functions, which can derive medium concentration measurement functions (for two-component media);

      The installation requirements are not high (there are no requirements for upstream and downstream straight pipe sections), and the sensor has no mechanical movable parts and operates reliably;

      Wide applicability, the same sensor can be used for multiple media.
