        The LWQ series gas turbine flowmeter has the characteristics of high accuracy, good repeatability, mature technology, and stable performance. It is widely used in gas metering in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and boilers, as well as for volumetric flow rate and total amount of low viscosity gases in closed pipelines of urban natural gas and gas pressure regulating stations, and gas thermal metering.

      Working principle

      When the fluid flows into the flowmeter, it is rectified and accelerated by the specialized integrated rectifier at the inlet. Due to the angle between the turbine blades and the fluid flow direction, the turbine generates a rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance torque, the turbine begins to rotate. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of turbine rotation is proportional to the fluid volume flow rate. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a magnetic sensor is used to sense a pulse signal proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid from a coaxial rotating signal wheel. After amplification, filtering, and shaping, the signal, along with temperature and pressure sensor signals, enters the micro processing unit of the intelligent flow integrator for calculation and processing, and directly displays the volume flow rate and total amount of gas on the LCD screen.
