        Thermal gas mass flow meters can be used in the field of process control. It does not require temperature and pressure compensation and can directly measure the mass flow rate of the fluid.       working principle

      The thermal gas mass flowmeter adopts the principle of thermal diffusion, which is a technology with excellent performance and high reliability under harsh conditions. Its typical sensing elements include two thermal resistors (platinum RTDs), one is a velocity sensor and the other is a temperature sensor that automatically compensates for gas temperature changes. When these two RTDs are placed in a medium, the velocity sensor is heated to a constant temperature difference above ambient temperature, while the other temperature sensor is used to sense the temperature of the medium. The mass flow rate of gas passing through the velocity sensor is calculated based on the heat transfer of the sensing element. As the gas velocity increases, the amount of heat transferred from the sensor to the medium also increases.
